Terms and Conditions
Credit Cards: Payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal are only accepted at the time of ordering. The card will be processed when the order is ready for shipment. Prepayment via credit card may be required for special order items or other circumstances.
Net Terms: Net 30, 45, 75, or 90 terms are provided to customers with approved credit applications. Payment must be received within the agreed-upon time frame. Delinquent accounts are subject to credit hold delays. A $75.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Terms may be modified at any time without notice.
Payment in Advance: Prepayment via credit card or wire transfer is required for all international orders. Prepayment via certified check, credit card, money order, or wire transfer is accepted for domestic orders requiring prepayment.
Freight: All orders are shipped EXW San Rafael, California. Unless your order specifies the method of shipping desired, it will be shipped by the carrier of our choosing.
Stock Items: Upon receipt of order, most orders for stock items will be shipped within 3-7 business days.
Made-to-order Items: Upon receipt of order, most orders for made-to-order items will be shipped within 20-50 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipments can be processed until 12:00pm PST.
Discrepancies: Order discrepancies must be noted on the carrier bill of lading and signed by the carrier's driver. All other discrepancies must be reported within five days of receipt of goods.
Damaged Merchandise: Optimum Processing is not responsible for damaged packages. All damages should be resolved directly with the carrier.
Please note prior authorization is required for all returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Regularly stocked items are returnable in original, unopened cartons within 30 days of the shipping date. Contact our Customer Service Department at email@example.com to request an RMA number. The RMA number will expire 30 days from the issue date and must be noted on all paperwork accompanying the returned merchandise. Merchandise returned using an expired RMA number will not be accepted. Freight charges on all returned merchandise are the purchaser's responsibility (to and from). Accepted returns are subject to a 10-50% restocking charge at our discretion. No credit will be issued until the returned merchandise is received by Optimum Processing and it is verified to be in re-sellable condition. Lost returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. Proof of delivery, where required, is the purchaser's responsibility.
The following items are non-cancellable/non-returnable: Irradiated items, made-to-order items, special order items, expired items, and open items.
